About this repair

Specialist Fiat Linea Blue and Me Module Repair

This service accepts the Fiat Linea Blue and Me part numbers listed below. Blue and Me controls functions such as Bluetooth hands-free calling and USB connectivity, depending on the vehicle specification.

Our £79.99 repair price includes software recovery, NAND flash replacement where required, hardware repairs where possible, bench testing and standard tracked UK postage both ways.

We assess what can be restored reliably and explain the outcome clearly. If we cannot successfully repair your original module, you can choose a complete refund under No Fix, No Fee, including standard postage, with no diagnostic charge or assessment deduction.

Common Symptoms Associated with This Fault

  • Flashing mileage display
  • Bluetooth connectivity or hands-free calling not working
  • Voice commands no longer responding
  • USB media playback not working
  • Loss of communication with the Blue and Me module
Important: These symptoms can be consistent with a Blue and Me fault, but symptoms alone do not confirm the cause. Check the module’s complete part number before booking; vehicle model and year alone do not establish eligibility.
An honest assessment

What Goes Wrong with Blue and Me Modules?

Most cases

Software-related faults

Blue and Me modules commonly suffer from software corruption, with symptoms such as flashing mileage, Bluetooth or USB issues, and loss of communication. In many cases, specialist software recovery can restore the original module.

59,710 successful guided software-repair attempts — 82.19% of the published total.

Some cases

NAND memory faults

1,722 guided attempts — 2.37% were flagged with bad NAND memory sectors.

Damaged memory can prevent software recovery alone. If NAND flash replacement is required during your repair, it is included in our standard price at no additional cost.

Other cases

Internal hardware faults

11,215 guided attempts — 15.44% were flagged with other hardware problems.

Severe internal hardware faults can make a reliable repair unlikely. Hardware repairs are included in our standard price, but not every module can be saved—and we prefer to be upfront about that.

If your original module cannot be repaired, our No Fix, No Fee guarantee protects you with a complete refund, including standard postage. Alternatively, you can choose our replacement service explained below, helping you get back up and running with a compatible unit.

Statistics checked 10 October 2026, based on 72,647 recorded software-repair attempts. The figures above include successful software recovery and attempts flagged with NAND or other hardware faults. They do not show whether those hardware faults were subsequently repaired. These are published results, not Blackstone’s own success rate or a guarantee for your module. NAND replacement and hardware repairs are included in our standard price at no additional cost.

Is This Repair Right for Your Vehicle?

Choose this service for a Fiat Linea equipped with a Lauberhorn-type Blue and Me module and a part number shown under “Part numbers covered by this service” below.

Before booking: Match the complete manufacturer’s part number on the white side label, including any letter suffix. Check that the fault has been traced to the module rather than relying on symptoms alone.

If you are unsure, send us the complete part number, a clear photograph of the label and a description of the symptoms. We will help confirm suitability before you order.

Simple process. Fast turnaround. Fully tracked.

How to Get Your Unit Repaired

Book online

Select Book Repair and complete checkout securely on our website.

Pack and send your unit

Please remove the external metal mounting bracket before sending this Lauberhorn unit. Keep the module’s own casing fitted. Protect its connector, package the unit securely using suitable protective material and use our prepaid Royal Mail label. Include your order number and a brief fault description.

We repair and fully test it

We assess and repair recoverable software faults, replace NAND flash where required and carry out suitable hardware repairs, then bench test the module. Our standard turnaround is dispatch within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If it cannot be repaired reliably, we contact you about your refund or replacement options.

We return it fast

Your module is carefully packed and returned by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Postal transit is additional to workshop turnaround. Where recoverable, we retain the original vehicle configuration. Proxi alignment may still be required after refitting, especially with a virginised replacement.
Please use the label we provide so your parcel remains fully tracked and qualifies for free postage.

Specific vehicle listing

Fiat Linea Compatibility

This listing covers Fiat Linea vehicles equipped with a Lauberhorn-type Blue and Me module and an accepted part number listed below. Vehicle year guidance is 2007–2016. Not every model year or specification is equipped with the same system.

Match the full manufacturer’s part number before booking. A listed number means your unit is accepted for assessment and repair; it does not guarantee that every individual module is repairable, or establish compatibility with a replacement unit.

If Your Original Module Cannot Be Repaired

OPTION 1

A complete refund

We return your original module and refund the full repair payment, including standard postage.

No diagnostic charge. No assessment deduction. This is your No Fix, No Fee option.

OPTION 2

A replacement prepared for your vehicle

Receive a 25% refund of your original repair payment and have a suitable replacement virginised. The remaining 75% covers preparation, with no additional virginising charge.

The replacement module itself is purchased separately. This option is entirely your choice.

How the replacement option works
  1. Find a working used replacement on eBay or at a local vehicle breaker. Use the full manufacturer’s part number on your original unit’s white side label as your starting point.
  2. Contact us before buying. Send photographs of both identification labels, or your original label and the seller’s listing link. We will check suitability before you spend money on a replacement.
  3. Buy the approved module. We will email a free Royal Mail shipping label so you can forward it to our workshop.
  4. We virginise and bench test it. Virginising clears the previous vehicle configuration. We then return it via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Prefer us to supply the unit? We can supply a suitable replacement for an additional £100, subject to availability. Contact us first; once we confirm eligibility and a suitable unit, we will send you the link to our separate replacement product.

Proxi alignment or vehicle-side programming may still be required after fitting. Virginising prepares the module; it does not complete the vehicle-side configuration.

The replacement option is outside our 48-hour workshop turnaround guarantee and takes longer. Sourcing, receiving and preparing another module adds time. We will agree the expected timescale with you and keep you updated.
Useful information

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it need coding or programming after repair?
Where the original configuration can be recovered, we retain it. Proxi alignment may still be needed after refitting. A virginised replacement requires vehicle-side configuration; virginising does not complete that step.
Is every Fiat Linea fitted with Blue and Me?
No. Equipment varies by model year and specification. This service accepts the listed part numbers on Lauberhorn-type modules; match the full white-label part number before ordering.
Can every module be repaired?
No. Severe internal hardware faults can make a reliable repair unlikely. We assess and test your individual unit, and your complete refund option remains available under No Fix, No Fee if we cannot repair it.
Does NAND replacement or hardware repair cost extra?
No. NAND flash replacement where required and hardware repairs where possible are included in the £79.99 standard repair price.
Should I remove the metal bracket before posting?
Yes. Please remove the external metal mounting bracket from this Lauberhorn unit before sending it. Keep the module’s own casing fitted, protect the connector and pack it securely.
How long does the repair take?
Our standard workshop turnaround is dispatch within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is used both ways; postal transit is additional. The optional replacement route takes longer and falls outside the 48-hour guarantee.
What happens if the unit cannot be repaired?
Choose a complete refund under No Fix, No Fee, including standard postage, or a 25% refund and preparation of a suitable replacement. The retained 75% covers virginising. You buy an approved working replacement separately, or we can supply one for an additional £100, subject to availability. Contact us before purchasing.
Can you confirm my part number before I order?
Yes. Send us a clear photograph of the white label, the complete part number including any letter suffix, and a description of the symptoms. We will help confirm suitability before you book.
