We repair and return your original unit, helping preserve its mileage and vehicle data where applicable. Refitting requirements vary by repair; for example, some Focus Mk2 clusters may need a PATS relearn. Check your repair listing or ask us before booking.

How long does a repair take?+

Repairs are typically completed and dispatched within 48 hours of arrival at our workshop, excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is workshop time; allow additional time for delivery in each direction.

What if you can’t repair my unit?+

Our promise is no repair, no fee. If we can’t repair your unit, we’ll contact you and arrange a full refund.

Is postage really included?+

Yes. Free tracked postage is included both ways. We email a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 24 QR code and printable label within 30 minutes of your order.

What does the warranty cover?+
